Bug Banquet to Benefit Farms for Orphans

Please join Rocky Mountain Micro Ranch and the Welsh Rabbit Bistro for a delectable prix fixe meal to support Farms for Orphans’ groundbreaking insect farms that feed malnourished orphans in the Democratic Republic of Congo! All proceeds from the evening will go directly to Farms for Orphans and are tax deductible.

The Welsh Rabbit’s culinary team has created (and are constantly tweaking) a five course meal that will be paired with wines and spirits (TBD):

There may be some changes in the menu as we see what mother nature might provide between now and May 5th.

While we do hope that you will break out of your comfort zone and try each dish if the idea of it is too much but you would still like to join us please let Nate know via email ([email protected]) and we will tweak the dishes to be bug free.

Smoked egg yolk with spicy mealworms
Shredded greens with silk worms
Crickets, chimichurri egg white omelets, polenta cakes with roasted tomatoes
Scorpion with two sauce
Dessert TBD
